Are Alice’s cabinets free of peculiar smell?

Yes. Every Alice’s cabinet is certified by the GREENGUARD Certification Program and meets the California Air Resources Board’s current standards for certification (CARB2).

Alice Cabinetry is honored to be the only GREENGUARD GOLD cabinetry company in SF Bay Area, which means Alice Cabinetry gives assurance that products designed for use indoor spaces meet the most strict chemical emissions limits. Please contact us if you need proof of certifications.

How long is the lead time?

When all the items you need are in stock, it would take about 4 to 5 weeks before scheduled pickup (if you require the cabinets to be assemble by us) .

But there are some factors may impact the lead time, including product inventory, contractor’s schedule, etc.

What should I do if I find the cabinet is defective?

Fill out Alice’s warranty claim form with your dealer. Download HERE.

All Alice Cabinetry products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 YEARS from the date of possession.

How to maintain Alice’s cabinets?

Wipe clean using a damp cloth and a mild cleanser. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
